Starting infant on solids

I am finally starting cubby on solids as she is 6 1/2 months old. Due to the fact that I have many food sensitivities and intolerances, I am following the naturopathic method of introducing foods, which minimizes the chance of sensitivities and waits until the digestive system is mature before introducing proteins and grains. Hope it helps!
